Case Description
I had a root canal on #6 and about a year later it fractured and broke off almost at the gum line. Dentist recommended a crown extention followed with a crown but I had a similar procedure a few years back on #4 and the tooth again broke off and had to be replaced with an implant. Not wanting to experience the same result that I had with #4, I'd prefer to have an implant rather than the crown extension and crown.
