have 18 broken or decaying teeth would like them all replaced with a full denture. does anyone know of a dentist in the area that will work out a down payment with monthly payments? i have no insurance and not alot of money. i've been to the dental college several times for extractions but they can't do what i need they say. these cause too much pain and i'd like this done asap. thanks for any help.
